The Alignment Oracle ("we," "us") is operated by Daniel J. Wicker, Weaverville, North Carolina, USA. This page describes what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do — and don't do — with it.
What we collect
- Email and name — when you request the free manifesto or join our email list.
- Purchase information — when you buy a product, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Intake information — if you purchase the Alignment Protocol or book a session, we ask for the information needed to do the work, including your birth date, time, and place, and questions about your life and body. This is sensitive information and we treat it that way.
- Usage data — standard website analytics and, where enabled, advertising pixels (such as Meta's) that help us understand how people find these pages.
How we use it
- To deliver what you asked for — the manifesto, your Alignment Protocol, your session.
- To send you the email sequences you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works.
- To improve our pages and, where pixels are active, to reach people similar to our readers with advertising.
What we never do
- We never sell your data.
- We never share your intake or birth information with anyone. It is used solely to produce your Protocol and inform work you have asked for.
- We never send email you didn't sign up for.
Who processes data on our behalf
Systeme.io (website, email delivery, and course hosting), Stripe (payments), and — where enabled — Meta (advertising measurement). Each processes only what its role requires, under its own privacy terms.
