Deep down at the core of the work is the opportunity to remind each person that beneath the layers, the stories, the scars - both literal, metaphorical, or metaphysical - that what they have been holding, carrying, struggling with was never them at all. It was an imprint from the outside, the not-self, pressed into impressionable clay which is all layers of the bodymind. If we are willing to do the work of deeply investigating self - we have an opportunity to realize tangibly, materially, both in the internal unconscious wiring and the embodied patterns held in tissue, that our true birthright isn't the something-ness of our stories…

But the no-thingness of infinite potential we were born with.

We can return to the blank slate. We can move out of limitation, ego preference, and 'this is just who I am.' We can stop pretending to be this limited, solid, unchangeable thing and return to fluidity, adaptability, and limitlessness.
